The Society of British and International Design
(SBID) annually conducts a contest for talented young people “Get Me 2 the Top Ukraine”.
This year, the award ceremony took place on March 15, 2018 in the Museum of
Taras Shevchenko in Kiev. Julia Danilova and Natalya Bolshakova – regional
directors of SBID Ukraine – opened it. Among the guests of the event were
friends and partners of SBID: the first secretary of the British Embassy in
Ukraine, the director of the British Council in Ukraine, the deputy minister of
regional development, construction and housing and communal services,
recognized Ukrainian designers, Ukrainian producers and media partners,
representatives of profile universities, opinion leaders of the region and many
other distinguished guests.
The founder of SBID, Vanessa Brady, in her speech noted the high level of work of the contestants and admitted that it was very difficult to make a choice, because the works of the participants really correspond to high standards. Poliform also made its choice, noting the special prize – a trip to Poliform LAB – the work of Tatyana Derzhavets. We believe that Ukraine is incredibly rich in talents and we are ready to do our best to support them. Once again, we congratulate Tatyana and wish her further success!
